"Thumara naam kya hai??" "Mera naam Bhavna hai" are the limited words in my hindi vocabulary! You must be thinking.. "I can actually count the number of hindi words this girl knows and here she is going on about being a hindi pundit!" Dai dai overa pannatha..hindi theiyalanalum tamila nanga kingu la!Bewildered??Where the hell did Tamil come from??(For those ignorant few the language used above was in fact tamil)Need a translation huh??Heres the literal translation: "Dont do too much.So what if i dont know hindi?Im the king in tamil!".Now you are looking at the screen totally confused!You ask yourself "Is she sane??".Ha and heres your answer No!!!I'm wacked out!But hey wheres the hindi here??You started reading beacuse you thought you'd see some hindi right??got ya there!Nanga la tamil mattum than pa!

Life-A crazy path!

Life is a winding lane full of surprises.A path made uniquely for our purpose and a path made by us, for us.You choose your destiny. Life maybe full of surprises but it does allow you to make choices.If you choose the right road,Your on your way to success.Sometimes you might be in the dumps,but just tell your self,your going to face far more in life .Sometimes all you feel like doing would be sitting around and brood.But what use is that when you've got a whole world to explore!I'm not the best person to be talking about brooding because i tend to do a lot of that.But I've learnt That it helps in no way.Life provides us with surprises,some are good and some are bad.Life takes you to all corners of the world in its own special way.You get to meet new and exciting people.There's nothing like a perfect life,because perfect is boring,perfect is not perfect and perfect is not life!So keep smiling no matter what..umm.. actually no.. if your feeling bad then cry,it helps :),tell someone about everything they might be able to help you,be strong and live life to the fullest you dont get more than one chance!

Nature's Treat

Far away from the noise of the city,from the blaring noise of horns.Far away from the traffic.The sun is setting and the narmadha invites you in for a cold bath.Nature beckons you into her arms.There i lay blissfully unaware of what was happening around me.Staring into the sky.In a few minutes darkness would take over and the stars would twinkle in the velvety black sky.It had been a long day,but i would surely go through another day like this if only i could come and relax on the shores of the narmadha staring into the sky and my mind filled with nothingness.But duty calls,and i was off to the city tomorrow.Making a mental note to visit this place once again i lazily get up,take a deep breathe,survey my surroundings and with a heavy sigh head back to my car.I wondered when my next visit would be,maybe in a few days,or months or years?I turned around just as the sun disappeared.With a smile I started my car, not knowing what lay ahead.

The Indian saga continues?

With an end to the boards for the tenth and twelfth CBSE students ,comes an end to the world cup for all the Indian cricket fans.After a humiliating defeat against Bangladesh the only hope of surviving in the world cup lay in the match India would play against Srilanka.Hopes died as we faced yet another humiliating defeat.Is our only reassurance the fact that the Pakistanis lost to a weekend playing team?Is backing on Bermuda to win against Bangladesh and entering the super 8 through the back door the only way?If Bermuda lose India lose,If Bermuda win India wins.Shouldn't the India's have fought their way into the super eight rather than backing on Bermuda ??Blind cricket fans all around still have world cup hopes!Where were the key players when we really needed them?You may ask the reason for me typing out this blog.I was talking to my brother (one of those blind cricket followers)..the conversation goes such
Me: whats going on with the Bermuda vs Bangladesh match?
Dad:Its raining
Me: oh!Thats bad isn't it?
Dad: yea,Bangladesh & Bermuda would receive 1 point each and Bangladesh will qualify
Me: YOU STILL THINK INDIA CAN QUALIFY INTO THE SUPER Eight??(shock!!)
Brother: Yes,INDIA WILL QUALIFY!and do well in the super 8 matches
Me: ha,after the way they played?? they lost against BANGLADESH!
Bro: They were not in form!
Me: NOT IN FORM??hello they are here for the world cup...they HAVE to be in form!
Bro:they played their best
Me:hahahahahahahahaha......played their best??you must be kidding,they played their worst!
(dad saves us from arguing more)

Now,this was just to show u the blind faith we have in the Indian team and the fact that we worship the players as god!They are humans people,get back down to earth!

A tribute

There was god & then Michael Jordan.Michael Jordan-His Airness,is rightly compared to god especially on the basketball court.His skills on court has brought him laurels & he has left memories ,which will last a life time.He created history with his unbeatable jumps & layups.Born in Brooklyn on February 17 1973,he lived & breathed basketball.Taking up a basketball scholarship he entered North Carolina University . As a freshman he scored the winning basket in the NCAA championship.In 1984 He began his career as a bull & from then there was no thinking back for him.He finished his first season as one of the top scorers & also named rookie of the year
He is rightly called his airness for his mind boggling dunks.He led the bulls to a number of victories before deciding to quit playing basketball in the 1993-1994 season.He was soon back to playing basketball in the 1995-1996 season & he led the bulls to winning 70 victories in one season,& also winning the NBA championship title.Jordan was named MVP after the championship & was the first player to earn this honor four times

Basketball has & will be my favorite game ever & Michael Jordan my favorite player
Some things in life do not change & some people leave everlasting memories & one such person is Michale Jordan

arghh.... 2 more months of exams!!!!

the things i could be doing instead of studying

• watching guru!! cannot believe practically everyone has finished watching that movie & i still haven't seen it
• sleeping-like i already don't do a lot of that :D
• PLAYING BASKETBALL-ha miss that so much..its been ages since i played..outta touch!
• going shopping in spencers or pondy bazaar!
• watching two movies everyday - i need to watch pokkiri,guru,casino royale( yep haven't seen that yet!!!)
• listen to music & relax
• go swimming!!yep!!
• go to the beach
  
• throwing RD SHARMA outta the window.. he he ...would love doing that
